Design Concept
The design philosophy is the butterfly effect: any small action has an impact on the body's healing process. The building's angular massing unfolds from this idea — wings of program folded around landscaped green areas, announcing a place of care from the street.
The Perforated Brick Veil
A deep-red perforated brick skin wraps the upper volume, filtering light into the wards while giving the center its identity. Behind it, the program stacks ICU, imaging, operating and physiotherapy suites, hydrotherapy pool, patient wards, and clinics across three levels.
